HURRICANE said:WATERPUMP SEAL.I'd bet my first born on it
I took off the oil cooler and it had been broke b4 by previous owner. Had JB weld on it. I'm assuming it had been patched. I ordered a new one today. Glad it wasn't water pump. Owners manual says you have to remove motor to get to it.

Yes I had a LOOOONG story about my water pump seal replacement back in the day on my RX1. Your lucky if its the oil cooler!
Glad you found it and fixed yourself for fractions of the cost of a dealer potentially popping the head off to find nothing wrong!

Are water pumps an issue? Im losing abit of coolant. The engine was rebuild. But the water pump wasnt touch. Guess I will have to look into that.

that is good to hear that you found the problem.I've seen both fail but it is harder to getect the waterpump then a crack in the cooler

could also be simple as heas gasket not sealing properly the oil return passage from head from the water passages... not very likely if you have a stock block... but never but I learned over time everything is possible lolllllll
