I have an 06 Apex mountain with a bender rear mount turbo. When i purchased the sled i was told to keep the A/F between 10 and 12. off boost is good but im seeing 12 to 13.5 WOT @ 7 LBS boost. I have the boss programer and i cant seem to adjust it down.the o2 sensor is mounted 3 1/2 inches from the end of the exhaust. dont know if that will affect it. checked the fuel filter and it looks good. Im still new about boost.but i love , i cant go back. i dont want to burn it up.

FPP offers tech support for the Bender kits, could call them
http://www.fullpowerperformance.com/ind ... &Itemid=85
but for sure what they are gonna say is if you have an early Bender stage1 without a secondary high pressure fuel pump inline then likely that your in-tank fuel pump is too weak and can't keep up with fuel supply demand under boost.
It was later found that Apex's were known to have inconsistent stock fuel pumps from sled to sled, there was a writeup from Dyno Tech on this.
Simplest thing to do is put a secondary high pressure fuel pump on it and be done with it, adaquate fuel supply is everything to make these sleds run correctly under boost and live.

Yep mbarrynailed it - My apex ran out of fuel as well at full boost (I was at 10-11 psi) but everyone said the factory pump will be fine but it wasn't swapped in a new pump and BAM 10-11 AFR on the gauge then started leaning it out to 11.5-12.5 under WOT.

Been running 4 years now since then never touched the engine.

Thanks for the info. do you have a sudjestion on a fuel pump. Im working on getting ahold of Justin at FPP.
