Now that the season is winding down, I wanted to sincerely thank everyone on the forum who has purcased, or just called for some tech tips. You have made my 1st year of business very memorable. Its incredible the quality of people associated with this site. I cant imagine having a nicer customer base who are as equally passionate about this sport as I am. We will continue to stride in providing the highest quality parts/service and tech we possibly can and look forward to the upcoming ATV season and next years new breed of 4 stroke snowmobile performance. Lastly, if anyone has any questions about products you bought and it is not working to your satisfaction, Please know that my phone is always open from 7am to 11 pm 7 days a week. Have a fantastic off season.

Also, to all who ordered BOSS seats:

We met our goal of 20 (25 sold) and the order has been placed. If anyone has any last minute changes, please call ASAP. You will all be contacted 2 weeks before shipment (appx mid august) to arrainge payment. It was a big undertaking, but I was glad to go to bat for us with BOSS to try and make this group buy a reality. Thank You

Look for alot of additions to the website as I will have the time now to add more pics and more products.

Hey Matt a question for you... I have a 2000 Polaris 500 Sportsman with alittle over 2000 miles on it. The clutch faces are worn and you can feel humps on the Primary. What would you suggest as a fix. I have done some reading on the new comet clutch but you lose your EBS. Can you resurface these? Would you recomend resurface or replace? Lastly I have alot of trouble with the belt grooves pulling the belt on the EBS bearing over against the inside sheave of the primary clutch. I have replaced this bearing once and it was better for a while but if the belt gets worn or hot at all it starts having a fit again. As a side note I reide 2 up with my GF most all of the time I am 260 she is 120 I have 27"tires and somesort of heel clicker clutch kit. Any help you cold offer and prices if you suggest new or you resurface stuff would be greatly appreciated. Your work with the RX1 suggests to me that you really know what you are doing.

Matt - The season is just beginning for me, buddy!

To all - Matt mentioned to me, that the power plates for track pics, worked well, and he mentioned that I should try them. I took out the track this weekend, and he was right. After all the trail, and off trail riding, they stayed right in place. Usually they turn, and poke thru the track, but these are a mixture of square and round. They worked great for me.

Hey Matt - I know I don't say this enough, but thanks for all the help, and tips you have given me. Wished we could of put more miles on together this last season.

Terry

race24, I would definetely replace them as I sureley dont know of anyone who could resurface them. How many miles on your 500? If you have had on going belt life issues, put your stock clutching back in. WHile you may have a more aggressive setup in your ATV, it may also be the reason your burning belts and experiencing hot clutches. Hot clutches come from 2 things presuming the belt is right, 1-Improper clutch calibrations causing the belt to slip or 2-allignment. The gains you can get out of the 500 are decent with clutching, however unless you are racing it, I would run the stock clutching or get yourself a new EPI kit which work excellent. Thanks...BBY

Matt. Thank-you for your good products and great service. I also appreciate your willingness to answer questions and your quick call backs. You did a great job. Larry Tramper
