I was wondering if "8ET-W8192-00-KT" would be the right part to add a 12v plug to a 08 Vector LTX.
Also would I need any additional parts to add this plug?

That number would be the correct part to get to add an accessory outlet to that sled. No additional parts would be needed as the sled is prewired to accept the dc outlet. You will find the factory pigtail in the wiring harness below the access panel that you will put the hole in to mount the dc outlet.
