Is it possible to add reverse to a Phazer 07 and newer?
I searched but found no answer, so I have to ask.

Thanks

i bet if you had a chaincase and the reverse gear case off of a unit with reverse you could do it.

ask me if i know someone that has all of that?

I am not sure how the computer/wiring would work. If you make it happen please post the step by step.

Thanks for the input, I was curious what it would take if I bought one with out. If I start in on that project I'll keep you informed.

Thanks again

I think I know why around some things. First you need the reverse servo there is no way around that (there might be). The electrical harness and control display you might be able to by pass. You could just run wire directly from the servo, battery, and connect it to a switch mounted anywhere you want to. You wont have the beeper, and the indicator lights unless you want to make something for that. Then all you need is just the servo, some wires, and switch. I dont think you need the chain case. I looked and they look the same, just the base model has plugs.

I have servo for sale and if you need a chain case I go that to. Looks like I live close to you? It say North Iowa I could get them to you quickly and if you needed help I know my way around the Phazer.

I went out and tested my theory if wiring with out the speedo would work, it can be done with the proper switch. There are 3 terminals on the servo its self for just shifting the. The other connection are for the senors to tell you it in D or R and the beeper.

Drive 1(-), 2(+) and for Reverse its 1(+) 3(-). After a hour or so that's what I got.

Find a switch that can do that and all you need is the servo. Chain case it looks like they are all the same just some plugs.

I have the revers servo and gear casing, and I have the chain case as well.
