im sure this is a dumb question to some but here we go lol......i put a new throttle cable on my warrior when i installed my riser i used a cable from a rx1 mountian and now that i have my sled running the idle is around 900-1k rpms how do i raise the idle and what is normal for these sleds? i know its the nut on the end of the cable by the carbs but do i tighten it or loosen it? thanks for any help :4STroke:

idle speed is adjusted with gold screw in center of carbs, 13-15oo rpm. cable should have some slack at idle so it wont activate the tors circut.

o really thanks i just figured it was the cable since i changed that and now the idle is off o well thanks for the help i'll adjust that tomarrow

Check the throttle free-play, if it is too tight then it would cause high idle even if the idle adjustment was not touched.

Here is the page from the manual:

hey thanks for the page from the manual that clears it up i guess the throttle cable isnt tight enough since its idleing to low 900rpms
