Definitely not best for the buck, but I'm using the power commander, pod 300 and autotune. It's not installed yet, but its a good option with lots of possibilities. What turbo system do you have? You should have an extra tap in an MPI kit for an AFR sensor on the exhaust.

If you are opening up the exhaust and plan on doing lots of modifications, I would think about the power commander option so you can readjust your AFR to keep things safe. Another option is the EVO flash for your ECU to keep AFR in the green. For a cheap monitoring solution, I have no experience. I differ you to the experts...
Well hands down I think for just AFR the AEM is the most widely used. Your bung should be installed as close to the muffler as you can get it. If you are running a can in place of the muffler I would put it before the joint so you do not have to remove it every time you pull the can. Power commander PCV or gems will do to make minor adjustements to fuel but unless you are making more mods than air box and can I don't think the #'s are going to move that much. It is normally when adding boost (turbo) that AFR #'s can be a problem. I did tons of mods to the 4 bangers with headers, pipes and air box mods and ran the old fuel accelerators (like a gems controller) from Hauck and AEM AFR gauge and never saw much fluctuation in the values. That is the beauty of fuel injection. The AEM is the one on the right.

If I undestand, for sensor installation, I have to install just higher the muffler in the pipe after the 3 bolts. Do I have to made some welding or just drill and bolt the adapter ?

We killed this topic all summer. If you search up gauges or afr gauge you'll find lots of different setups.

It depends on your turbo kit. They have different placement for the 02 sensor and afr Bung.
