My Dad has a 2005 Rage, Woody's Doolies, 2,000 miles. The back 25% of the carbides are worn flat, the front portion look like they are brand new. Everything is stock, he went with the heavy spring this year. A wink over 250 lbs w/o gear. Any thoughts? This seems contrary to the common front bias, these skis are pushing down way more in the back than in the front. All opinions appreciated

My stock ones wore very much the same except for one side being broke in half on something I hit.

Shim the skis to level the carbides. Simple fix and very little cost.

Does adjusting the transfer effect which portion of the ski wears first or is all about the shim??
