Id love to see Yoshimura come out with an exhaust for the Phazer.
With all the experience they have with dirtbike, ATV and crotchrocket exhaust, they could easily come out with some great exhaust options for these sleds.
I love the Yoshimura exhaust my YFZ has.

I to want to find an aftermarket muffler of somekind. I would like one that would help it breath better and add a nice helthy sound to it.
I've thought about building one because I built one for my last sled but it was a 2 stroke. I'm worried about the backpressure and that sort of stuff if I just build one.

I'm suprised someone hasn't already cornered the market on a pipe for the Phazer.............really suprised ? My only thought is the loss of power issue, perhaps this is why?

The reason there isn't an exhaust system out yet is many of these shops just received their production Phazer units in and are currently starting development/testing on the exhaust units.
I talked to one company up in Canada yesterday, and they said they've about got there exhaust kit finished up for the new Phazers. He said about two weeks they'd have it all buttoned up.
Said it will lose about 10-12lbs. And the muffler will be either stainless or chrome and you will remove the black piece under the seat on the back. So you'll be able to look right down the back and see the whole muffler.
He said they sound pretty throaty to!
