I was thinking of heading up to Allegan next weekend if they get the big storm predicted??! I have never rode there. i have all the maps but was wondering what is the best way to get to the parking area just west of town. I'll be heading in from the south on m-40. also is there anywhere to eat off the trail around the area. probably would ride the loop(s) to the north and east.

Will know more tomorrow but if we get this snow save yourself an hour of driving and drop at niles...can ride all the way up to allegan and beyound from there and that would be a good days ride for sure...just a thought for ya...less gas in truck means more gas in sled.

ok. thanks for info. i think i'm gonna ride south bend, IN and new buffalo instead.
