like it says, i just got my sled back yesterday and rode 250 miles, today i took it out and about 20 miles in something seemed wrong. pretty sure that the NEW LINKAGE BROKE. seriously sick of this peice of crap.
so has anyone broken the new 08 linkage?

it doing the same thing as when the link broke last time, i can compress the whoole suspension by pushing down on the rear of the sled or bouncing on it.

ya i got the new link kit and my suspension broke 2night on tug hill.
im getting real tired of this #*$&@.
100 miles after the new kit was put in. my rear suspension front arm bolt on the right side... u know the main suspension bolts that go thru the tunnel, well one fell out... elongated the hole in the tunnel on both sides..... destroyed the threads in the shaft. thankfully the bolt isnt real long so deeper in there was threads to bite into and i managed to find a guy just off the trail up there and road the roads to get to him and we got a bolt in it.
idk if this is the dealers fault and they didnt tighten it up enough of what.
i first noticed the track was ratcheting in bigger bumps and when i hit the brakes semi hard... then i noticed it was pogo stickin me almost off the sled on bumps. stop at the montague in, roll it on its side and i see the bolts gone.
was not a happy camper at all.

the shocks are junked and idk if the torsion springs are any good either.

Thats a relief.THANK YOU for the update.Will the replace the shocks?If not send them out to Pioneer to make them the way they should have been from factory.You wont regret it.
