I have a 09 FX nytro that has 15,000 miles on and the subframe is weak. Every few hundred miles I have to put a lining bar in the front A frame and straighten out the frame. Since I am riding this sled another year I am looking to replace the subframe. The question I have is there any aftermarket frames that would be better than a factory frame. I don't really want to buy a new one and then weld in gussetts and then have to powder coat the thing. Any Ideas??

There is a Chromoly aftermarket one as I recall but, it's BIG $$$$.

Edit:
Google Chromoly Nytro Sub.....
-$1500 Chromoly
-$3125 Titanium

Those are the only aftermarket ones I know of. But there may be others.

You could find a used one, weld in the supports and shoot it with some spray paint and it would be much cheaper. That is all I did with mine.

Got my nice new welded and supported sub in last year and glanced a tree....and yes bent again.
Just put the stock one back in you would hate to bend a $1500.00 sub
