I have read pretty much all the topics on suspension settings. Still unclear to me. I have a 08 nytro. The only thing i did to it is put 144 gold diggers in. Can someone please give me each setting on the shocks so it handles better. First time owning a yamaha. im 6'1 200 lbs
THANKS

if im going in a corner the inside ski tips up. I can kind of keep it down if i throw my whole body off the sled. Im just kind of scared in the woods on a tight trail. on the wide open corners ill hammer it down and go with it.
I dont really wanna buy any aftermakert shocks right now.

give the details on your model and setup ...studs....carbides etc

2008 FX NYTRO. Its the standard one. i have woody's 6in carbides on my skis. "might change to shaper bars" 144 gold diggers "3 down the center" 1.325 long
also need to know if i should move the straps to different holes.
the only thing ive changed so far is the clickers on the front shocks. i think 8 from full hard on comp and 9 from full hard on rebound. and on the rear i change the spring tension i think it is "it has setting for S M H" i changed that to soft
I dont really know much on these things. i had a 1978 polairs tx before this thing!

not familiar with the short skid and the rear straps...id loosen the front shock springs to full soft too...and take all the compression and rebound out...take it for a ride on some bumpy terrain and add compression as needed..rebound adj later
