Dumb question here.
Been checking out the FAQ section regarding a base line suspension settings and it has occured to me I do not know which model of Nytro I have. Its an 09 Blue. Says FX Nytro. No fancy shocks on either end. Goofy looking tunnel.
Dont know if its an STX or what.
If someone here is clever enough to figure this one out....I have another.
Im about 160 lbs soaking wet. I do not fly over road approaches and probably never will unless one of my buddies does it first and survives.
Like to ride spirited thru the trails and will often hit crummy trails due to over population.
Sounds like I want to loosen the front LS two holes and loosen up the front track shock as much as I can but enough so the keeper stays in. Maybe keep the rear spring setting one up from maximum. Play wiht the fronts to suit.
Sound about right?

Sounds like you have the standard FX Nytro. If you have regular coilover shocks in the front, its the Fx Nytro. If you have Flox Floats, its the RTX model.
For the suspension settings, I always find it works best to start at full soft settings, and then adjust the suspension stiffer, until you find the best spot.
But if I were you, I would remove the rear shocks and bring them over to Bruce at B-line control. He just lives a few miles out of Lindstrom, south down the road by the Dairy Queen.
Call him up, 651-257-0828. Cost me $146 to do the rear shocks on my brothers nytro, and it made a huge difference in handling. Wouldn't be a bad idea to do the fronts either.

I doubt that "no fancy shocks" means that he has fox floats.
So I agree with sleddingfarmer. It's a standard FX Nytro.
