2 WEEK'S AGO, HAD MY 500 MILE SERVICE ON THE ATTAK, THEY CHANGED OIL,FILTER, CHECKED OVER EVERYTHING INCLUDING ANTI-FREEZE, LAST WEEK-END DROVE 320 MILES IN N.H. WARM CONDITIONS, NEXT MORNING I CHECKED EVERYTHING BEFORE GOING RIDING AGAIN AND THE COOLANT RESEVOIR WAS EMPTY, ANYONE HAD THIS PROBLEM?

Not me. If there are no leaks that you can find (check for loose hose clamps and look over the front exchanger). I'd bet there was air in your system that purged and it simply replaced the air in the system with coolant. Top it off with a 50-50 mix and see if it stays.
