What is the best way to get the antifreeze otut of the system so that I don't have to bleed the system after I add some water to the system. I want to get the mix to 60/40.

I used a small siphon hose and went into the tank and down the hose a little to take out about 2 liters. Topped up with distilled water and she read good to -43 on my gauge. Make sure to run sled to mix the water with the remaining coolant. I also added water wetter available at most auto part stores.

Be careful with using distilled water. If you do add an anti-corrosion additive. Distilled water has no impurities therefore it looks for some eventually taking it out of the metal components. This is why they call water the "Universal solvent". Some of the newer anti-freezes already have this corrosion inhibitor, just check and make sure.
