Hello guys i just got a expert x 151 and im wondering if anyone has any tips i should know before i install other then AD s instructions. its used so i will be inspecting it before i install.

thanks jdp

I've installed a few and my only real advice would be measure 4 times and drill once. Double check your math on the install sheet and make sure you account for driver size, track length, amount of skid setback(if any), and rear wheel size if running a big wheel kit. I also like to mount the rear upper shaft about 1/4"-3/8" higher in the tunnel from what they say to give a little more track clearance over the top of the front swingarms.

Thanks thats what im looking for any advice to save a headache later. i know theres plenty of guys who have been thru it all before. so better to ask than learn the hard way.

thanks jdp

Follow that link and dive in! It's NOT a difficult job. The directions are great, but I KNOW that feeling you get when tackling something like this. I stretched my Viper and agonized over my layout for 2 days LOL! Only agonized 1 day with the Expert. Drill that 1st hole and you're commited LOL! BUT, when it's done... and ya' take that 1st ride.... You'll be glad ya' did it. Best of luck with your projects ;)! ;)!

Thanks guys looiking forward to i will keep you posted. thanks for the link dont know how i didnt find it searched pretty hard.

thanks jdp

Installed mine yesterday! Wasn't to bad at all I need to take it back out to finish studding the track but I really can't wait to ride now!
