TY 4 Stroke Guru
for the life of me I cant understand what they were thinking,The only thing I can think of was maybe the radiator was a after thought. anyone have a good way to solve this problem.

stormy mine is sitting right on the fins i tie wired it on and i havent had a single problem and if you look at the picture youll see i ride it harder than most guys will lol

that looks soo good.. can you post where you got the materials? i think you mentioned in a previous post it was onlinemetals.com... the part number of the plate? etc? thanks!

The front plate is .06" thick T-304 stainless steel perforated sheet with .125" holes and a .1875" stager from onlinemetals.com. The other pieces are aluminum angle and bar stock with aluminum rivets.
