Anyone balance throttle bodies???

Ya, I know the way I started hang up sounds like it hold throttle and then idles down. I get your fix. Glad that worked out for ya. Mine is the other way. As I slowly apply throttle it it smooth to slowly idle up, even with the primary off. But as I approach 3500rpm roughly it stops increasing. Then I continually apply throttle slowly. Motor hesitates, cant tell if its lean or rich. Then it jumps up and it smooth all the way upto whatever rpm I choose. Coming down is smooth until idle. A real pain while your waiting for the wife to catch up then with each hesitation I get bonked with my sons helmet Into mine. Almost a reason to sell. Makes for a miserable ride. It sure wrecked last weekends ride. I was really short fused with my wife's 25mph trail speed.

OK - I get it now. Sounds like you have a "dead spot" in the rpm range. Maybe some kind of sensor issue. Something is purposely working against you.

I wondered about the tps. I checked the numbers. Closed say 15 to 18. I had 16. Full throttle is, like 95 to 100... I had lots of slack and read 87. So I adjusted the throttle slack. Still have slack with bars opeating to full lock either side and now throttle bring's tps to 96. Okay, I will check again and see it the numbers move as smoothly as my throttle application. Really checked over the hoses and vac lines last night. All looked brand new.. My pro motion sync tool is on the snail mail flight I guess. Should be here in the next couple of weeks. I found the pale green wire for the co adjust ent. My 12 is located right about the fuse block above the reverse actuator. Took a chance grounding it cause it read 3v key off and 6v key on. Spent an hour searching along the left side of the delta box, under the airbox. Co was stock at zero. Took a guess try and set it to minus 10 on all cylinders to see what happens. I left a grounded wire nicely ready to re ground on the trail for easy adjustment from here on in.
