Anyone out there have a recommendation for a shock rebuilder

HYGEAR! (if you want a re-valve) they do amazing work but it is on the pricier side. Although they do give you a lifetime of free re-valves to dial it in perfectly.
Though I have no personal experience I have also read fantastic things about carver. Pioneer also seems to get pretty good reviews however when I was looking to get my 'pex re-valved I read a couple of questionable reviews, mostly very good though.

I asked the same question last year about a mono in a nytro and got ripped hard for even having the idea of it.

I thought about this suspension swap even before I bought my '08 Nytro RTX. I ride groomed trails that get beat up at the end of the day. I'm not a snowcross want-a-be. I want a smooth, plush ride for those 100-200 mile days. I would swap my skid for a mono if I knew that it would be an easy swap, no mods. necessary. As for the Lynx rear skid, it just looks awesome. JMO
