I can always go back to my gems . What did you run for settings and did you run the hurricane voltage clamp ?I have run 8 lbs on my 13 xtx stock motor runs flawless but I use the gems box works great when setup up right.

Check the wire harness up front for any rubbed wires while they are in there. I doubt the ECU went down, they are pretty much bullet proof. Strange it would start with new plugs. Good luck!

Just ordered an autotune ,this should helpA few years ago I picked up a Mountain Apex that was fully built, chassis and engine, with a MPI stage 2 Super Charger. The sled had virtually no miles on it and previous owner could not get it running well enough to even ride. I consulted with known experts to try and sort it out and they were a great help and source of knowledge but it never ran quite right until I put a PC5 with PTI, an ignition module, an Autotune, and a POD 300. I built a base map then let the Auto tune build its own map, and dialed it in using the Pod 300 data logger.
Now this sled is kicking butt in 660 snow drags with 22lbs of boost, bullet proof and no running issues.
Worked for me

I have wideband O2s on the AEM gauge and I could never get them to last more then a season. I always had to replace it, every year. I would hate if my tuner was hooked to one and adjusting based on the reading. Try to get it to auto tune then lock it in while that sensor is new.

That's good advice

do you have the base map you used? so i can have a starting point
and where does that map sensor they sent with the PCV-pti go (i cant figure it out) also what if anything do you do with the stock sensor that was in the original airbox (i had it just zip tied tot he delta box, maybe thats why it never ran correct??)

I drilled a hole in the side on the intercooler and mounted the PTI there...make sure you don't let any metal shavings get into the intercooler. I used blue silicone around the base of the sensor so it wouldn't leak air.
I have not had any luck sending the PC5 maps...can't even send it to myself I don't think my computer has the proper software.
