Anyone have success with the hammertimes?

Out of anyone who has used/tried/experimented with these weights has anyone had success? Right now I'm waiting for the black spring and my clutch tools. I suppose another good question would be has anyone had success getting customer service/tech help from supertorquer?

I'm happy with the performance increase with mine, and usually get Randy after about 3 tries. My main complaint is that their instructions are confusing, inaccurate, and keep changing. I have a yellow secondary spring that they sent, and don't have a clue what to do with it.
