Anyone Installed Both Trunk + Deluxe Saddle Bags

I have a question about mounting both of these together.
I had initiallly installed the trunk bag only and had located the cam buckles on the tunnel as per instructions.
Now, the cam buckle for the semi-rigid saddle bags seems to crowd the trunk bag buckle if I try to locate it as described??
The trunk bag buckle buckle is mounted at about a 45 degree angle on the tunnel about 4" from the back.
Do the saddle bag buckles mount horizontally? (I don't have the instructions, I bought them used from a member here) The way those straps come of the bags, that seems to be the correct way to orient them.
Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

I ordered the saddle bags last week, should be in Today. I also have the trunk bag already installed. When they come in I can fax you the instructions. Let me know.

I have both. There is a buckle similar to the one mounted on the tunnel, except it has slots and mounts to the strap instead. You fasten the bags to the tunnel and mount the buckle to the bags straps. You then slide the trunk bag straps through that buckle and close it. Only one set of buckles on the tunnel and one on the straps. I'll try to take a picture today and post it. The buckles are the same except for one set has slots for the straps and one has holes for the rivits.

OK, I'll try to clarify.
TRUNK BAG:
Has straps at ea corner; 2 that face forward have no buckles and attach to cam type buckles on tunnel. Rear straps have male and female snap together type buckle and go thru attaching loop ahead of bumper and clip together.

SADDLE BAGS(semi rigid):
Each has a strap from back and one short one on the front facing part of the bag. The two long straps in back have male/female click together type buckle that connect to eachother below the rear vent for the muffler can at the center of the rear.
One strap on ea bag is short; located near front of bag closest to the tunnel. Attached to the bag via a short loop with a "D" ring type arrangement. These seem to want to be attached to the tunnel via the two cam type buckles??

I run with both bags. I have the semi-rigid saddlebags and the trunk bag and use both at the same time. I use separate bucckles for each bag though. It seemed difficult to use the one set as the straps approach the tunnel at different angles. I have over 2500 of saddle bag running time with this set up.
