Anyone know what this is??????

Was closing up the front hole on my tunnel. Took off tank and all shielding and this piece was laying on top off my track directly under the front hole.

No idea... Maby take a look at the parts diagram. There is a link at the top of the page, you might be able to figure it out.

I looked thru every diagram on the parts finder but no luck. Even took it to dealer and they didn't know. its rubber, 3.5cm long- 2cm wide.

prob a tank bushing???, so u dont rub a hole thru it..

Looks like a heat shield damper.

Got it!!!!! It goes on bottom of seat. thanks all for help.

It looks like a rubber friction/isolation mount for the tank. Look around on everything in the area for what it may fit into and reverse engineer from that where it goes
