After watching many many many episodes of american chopper i keep pondering the idea of chopping the A arms on the warrior and adding an inch to each side and adding the 13mm swaybar! (OFF COARSE BEING VERY CAREFULL TO NOT SCREW UP THE GEOMETERY)

Also keep in mind of the extra leverage by putting the skiis out further. It would change the handling and suspension. Just like putting 20" wheels on a vehicle that originally came with 16" wheels. You'll change the ride characteristics for the worse.

There is a couple of companies that sell the kits.. ranging from $425-$550! with or without swaybars or tierod ends!

I would have the welds professionally done!!

Professional is irrelevant, just takes a *little* bit of practice with a MIG. I wouldn't go near it with A/C or innershield.

Im pretty good with the mig.. BUt i dont own a Aluminum welder for the uppers!!

Aluminum = mig, 98% argon, 2% CO2.. or for better results, 75% argon 25% helium. Also need to buy the right wire to match the alloy you're welding. Some mig welder manufacturers like to sell you an "aluminum kit"... its just a vinyl liner and a round-edge drive wheel. You can get away without it.

Its always a mig unless you turn off the gas, reverse the polarity, and use innershield wire, but for mild steel, you generally use lots more CO2 and sometimes a little bit of O2. Note that with Aluminum welding, O2 can really screw everything up.
