Anyone used Schmidt Bros tunnel close off?

I have one and it works. You still get some buildup, but not as much as you would without it. I agree that they are very helpful.

Does the close off stop the ice dripping down the outside of my polished tunnel? It looks good until you ride it. Doesn't take long and melted snow runs down the outside of my tunnel towards the floor boards making the polishing job kinda worthless.

I SOLVED THAT PROBLEM IN MY CASE. remove the seat and remove the alum shroud from the exhaust. put a small bead of silicon on the complete lip . reinstall the alum shroud and move it around till its set. reinstall the nuts and put the seat back on . i have no more ice droplets or lines on the tunnel.
