Okay guys so I have questions about my track alignement on my Apex. Ive seen on here that most of you says to run like 1,5 to 2'' of free hang on where the bump stop is. So I tried to adjust to that but;
First, I'm studded so is 1,5 and 2,0'' is the way to go or maybe its too loose?
Second, when I adjust my track to 1,75'' of free hang (for exemple), on both side of the rails, my track is really shifted to one side and when I align the track center the free hang is much tighter on one side of the rails than the other side.
So do I just mesure the free hang from the center between the to rails and then align the track or I should have the same free hang on both side of the rails and the track align also and have an issues elsewhere ?

How was your track adjustment (ie alignment) prior to adjusting the track deflection? Whenever I loosen the rear axle and both track adjuster nuts to remove the mono suspension in my 08 LTX, I always start with setting the alignment after reinstalling everything; turning the left and right adjuster nuts in equal turns as I do. It also helps to keep track of how many turns you loosened them (ie. when I removed the suspension) so you know approximately how many turns it will take to get it back to where it was. Almost sounds as if the alignment wasn't true to begin with. May want to loosen both adjuster nuts to where the its bolt is flush with the top of nut as it's facing you and then start tigthening both adjuster nuts in equal but small increments (ie, 2 turns at a time vs 6-8).

That’s also WAY too loose. Yamaha track spec should be on your belt guard, follow it.
