When hooking up a water temperature gauge does anyone know what sled should run at operating temperature?

the book says your thermostat should open between 160 and 185 deg F. What your particular sled will run at, could vary depending on many factors.

When hooking up a water temperature gauge does anyone know what sled should run at operating temperature?

As stated, it could vary. Here was my old sled results:

2006 APEX RTX, Stretched to 136, with a Yamaha rear cooler. Ran 160* in good trail, and in marginal snow would climb to about 180*

Mine runs around 170F.
