Ok you all here is what I found. I had it on the stand and it would not do it so I got to thinking I jump up and down on it. Then it would trun off over and over I did it ever time the samething. The check engine light would come on, but go off as soon as I would trun the key on. So I did what the book said to find the codes there were 0 to be found. Do you all think it could be in the wiring harenss, a short or something. I ask YAMAHA they say it is impossiple. I think they don't konw there #*$&@ from a hole in the ground.

i would check what flambo suggested and if this is not your issue i would start checking the wiring harness for a shorted or rubbing wire
