Ok, need some help here...

Ok, this isnt my sled, but a friends, just trying to help out. I said all of these solutions in past. Told him up north last weekend, maybe plugs. valve adjustment, texted him pulsar coil a few days ago...which might be it, and it's cheap.

I HAVE HAD THE SAME SET OF CR 10 PLUGS IN FOR 10 YEARS. MINE STARTS AT -30 NO PROBLEM.SO I DONT THINK PLUGS ARE YOUR ISSUE
HAVE HEARD THIS ISSUE OF 91 OCTANE. STICK WITH 87 OCTANE ONLY.
I RUN YAMAHA OW 40 FULL SYNTHETIC. I GET DECENT CRANK SPEED IN -25 C RANGE.
PRETTY EASY TO CHECK FUEL PRESSUSRE OIF YOU SUSPECT PUMP
 
Have a friend with 2006 Apex, 8000 miles on it. OK, problem is this, when cold, sitting overnight, is a real bear to start. Even have to hook up jumper cables to it for it to spin fast enough to start. On straight battery, will pop over here and there, but not fire off. Once warmed up, is fine for rest of the day, even after sitting 30-45 mins. What could it be? Only happens when sitting overnight, or an extended period of time. Like I said, once fired up, we ride, stop here and there, it always fires back up. Spark plugs where just changed, still does it.

PLEASE HELP! Trails opening here in next day or so!

I know that the Genesis Apex Engine we have needs more then 12.4volts to fire it up . It will turn over , and sound like it wants to ignite but will not . Fuel gets in the chambers and cause more of an issue if it will not fire and battery gets weaker little by little more and more cranking etc etc ..I know you say the battery is not old , but I have seen some crap right out of the box or shelf ! Sleds fires up after a boost you say , and runs fine all day even if you shut it down for a while . But overnight cold is your issue and not enough strong voltage to ignite .

It’s just a cold morning weak battery I believe . Runs flawless after ///
