I was riding today and I only have a little over 400 miles on it. Its a 2012 apex stretched to a 136 and I dropped to the same gearing as the xtx. I had about 68 miles on and there was a code that came up in the odometer that said f-002 and then went to f-003. Does this have something to do with the fuel? My fuel light never came on and when this happens how much fuel do I have left after it starts showing these numbers?

Yes ...LOL, you are low on fuel and have gone 3 miles since your light came on... sometimes it comes on and goes off but then it starts counting... be sure to reset after you fill up.

I only had 68 miles on and this happened, that isn't very many miles. Is that correct? I am trying to break the motor in so I am on and of the throttle and I am assuming that when it is broke in that it will get better, I hope. How many miles/gallons are left before empty?

It can change thru out the break in... but you have to figure out where you are at with fuel... usually 25 to 30 miles you should be looking for fuel.
