regular on a 06 will actually improve performance, improve starting, and improve milage.....although none of it will be very noticable except you will spend less cha-ching as you stated(assuming stock engine componets)

Stock components aside from crank shaft but yea for sure fill up is 25-30 dollars now from empty as oppose to 40-50$ with 91.
