Anyone else had this issue? I was up north this weekend, got up in the morning to take the sled out and it started fine, after I shut it off for about 15 minutes I tried to start it again and it would turn over and the fuel pump would not run (relay would click though). I took in to the dealer and he cleaned out the front connector in the nose cone that had motor oil in it. I still have no idea how that connector got oil in it, sled has never been tipped over or on its side. After the connector was cleaned out and the sled sat inside the heated building it started up and ran ok.

Later in the day my battery was drained because the fuel pump did not shut off when I stopped for some lunch and I had to jump start the sled. Last night when I put the sled away, I had to cycle the key a couple times to get the relay to shut off. 5 minutes later the fuel pump started again all by itself and I had to cycle the key again to shut it off again, it stayed off this time. I will occasionally get a 43 error code as well. Any ideas on this one? Could it just be the relay or is it likely something else?

Thanks for any input!

I would say try a new relay 1st.
