anyone have a good gearing ratio for 06 apex gt stretching to 136 just wondering what everyone is using for top and bottom gears

23/38 for general purposes is the cheapest way to go and change secondary spring to white.
That is stock Yamaha clutching for a 136 Apex and works decent

how much do you weigh/how you ride. your sled comes stock with 24/38 which might be alright
