Apex handle bars on a RX1

Hello,
just wanted to know if anyone has changed their stock handle bars and heaters to a newer Apex style bars and heaters. If so what did you have to do to make the heaters work. I changed mine and the heaters will not heat up

if it is 03 04 05 rx1 buy the yamaha heater to hook up the wireing .

ABoon, the hand warmers are wired differently between the rx and apex. when i installed the grips on my warrior i cut the connectors off the apex grips and bought the connectors from my dealer to match the rx wires. the rx uses the round bullet connectors.
