TY 4 Stroke Master
Mechanic told me almost all the Apex sleds that they have assembled neeeded the headlights re-aimed as they wre way out of spec. Since this is a hassle to do wonder how many dealers are checking this?

Make sure your pod is installed properly. I posted pics of this a while back. If you can fit your fingers between the rubber seal and airbox it's installed wrong.

There are sleds sitting on showroom floors that are assembled wrong. The headlight/gauge pod must seat in the two slide tabs to be located correctly.

My dealers mechanic thanked me multiple times when I showed him that he was installing the pod incorrectly. He was lucky he only sent one out that way! And he can thank you guys here on TY for informing me so I could inform him.
