Awesome man. Yea I haven't even been able to feel half the power it's supposed to have. I'm pretty anxious to get mine going. I have the rzr s. I have a build thread on rzrforum. You'll see all the confusion I had with my motor if u read up on it lol.

My stm secondary was set up with a 50 helix. But I
Never installed it yet
What rpm does it engage at?
Does it still have a power loss
Give me yr cell. I can text you a video
Of mine with a 300 lb passenger on acceleration

I have not bought a belt yet that fits right. So I can't exactly tell u what rpm it engages at. I haven't finished rebuilding it yet. I'm putting the low compression turbo pistons in right now. My number is 870.926.6398. Text me that video. I'd like to see how mines supposed to run. When I first test drove mine, it wouldn't do over 30mph because it ran soooo rich from the horrible compression. I think a moped would've beat it. I had no idea how the motor worked and what sensors would've maybe been causing it to run poorly. I was pretty confused.

Well motor is done. I put it in.
Now starts right up. Idles. And runs strong. But it didn't fix a problem I always had that I can't use the baro sensor. I have to leave it unplugged.
If I plug it in it doesn't want to idle well. Fan comes on and engine dies out. Without it plugged in. All works normal. Fan comes on. Idles fine and pulls good.
On the apex cluster the baro reads normal when it's plugged in. Running or in diagnostic mode.
Anyone have that problem?

Have an 2006 Apex motor in my 2008 RZR that I have been dialing in the clutch, the primary is a Polaris 900 snowmobile clutch and the secondary is a Arcticat ZR 600, primary uses a purple spring and the secondary has a D&D helix but sure what type as I purchased the secondary on Ebay, aslo running the stock Apex clutch belt that keeps the belt cost down as I have Apex sled and also a 2014 Yamaha Viper that I swapped out the Viper belt $75 for the Apex $50 belt so all my toys now use the same belt...trying to get it to engage at lower rpm close to Apex engagement of 2200 rpms as now the engagement is 4000 rpms. Also added Power Commander PCV with Auto Tune to get the air/fuel ratio correct as it has a Donaldson intake airbox and custom built 4 into 1 header that were built to the same diameter as the R1 cycle exhaust
curious what others are using for clutch setups as mine is the standard 50" RZR that I like to run in the tight ATV trails in Michigan so that is why I am looking for the best clutch setup for that type of trail riding and since I only get out to Silver Lake sand dunes once a year or so the current clutch setup gives me about 85 mph top end at 10500 rpms...also not ready to drop a major chunk of change on a STM clutch or MicroBelmont, plus I custom built a clutch cover housing that only will fit a 8" primary clutch that keeps me from running the stock Apex 8.5" primary unless I toss the clutch cover and build a new one...the fun part of building one off custom machines
