Apex mcx oil consuption

Any of you guys running mcx use much oil between rides? I have LC pistons in and seems to use a bit between rides.....Doesn't smell like its burning oil....sometimes when stuck up hill or on it the side it blows smoke after starting it and getting it unstuck......so I am thinking thats the oil it consumes.........anybody else have this same thing happening?...Also the exhaust seems to be a lighter tan color...would this have anything to do with the fuel, oil .....or coolant.........Like isaid before it only blows smoke after being stuck on a incline...see attached pictures

Regarding your exhaust tip color, what kind of fuel are you running? That looks like the deposits from the detergents or additive for knock control.

sunoco 112 premium.....that makes sense...It kinda started since I have been buring this fuel....never thought race gas would do that...

2 of us running 07 apex mtn se/ mcx turbos with head shim and 40 to 50% 110 sunoco race gas. Both have the tan color in the exhaust tip. As for smoking when shut off pointed up hill, mine has never done it but my buddies always has. BAD. He ads oil about every ride and I dont. He called about it and was told it was normal and he may want to carry extra oil on the sled.!?!?

bad ring design
i used 1 qt every 100 miles
for 3500 miles
took apart 3 times and reringed
finnally i installed stock pistons and
3 head gaskets 800 miles and no
oil consumption

JE 10:1's and their rings 500 miles never used a drop. using 60/40 110/91 , plugs like young brazilian girls tan , 07 apex 15psi MPI

I have LC pistons and I also go through small amounts of oil also. Like you said it happens mostly when the thing is stuck on major inclines or rolling it out of other stucks. Seems to run clean the rest of the time and my exhaust looks similar I run mostly C111. Not to worried about it in extream case you may have to change plugs once a year. If it is running strong drive it like you stole it.
