I'm pretty sure it's just like the rx1. You need to pull the chain case loose from the chassis and loosen the setscrews on the bearing that is on the clutch side of the driveshaft and then slide the shaft towards the chaincase and drop it out, Ken.

Wicked thankd ffor the info. so does the bearing have to come off the shaft? or do you have to loosen the thing behind the bearing that has the torks screw in it? I dont think the back side bearing holder leaves teh tunnel but imay be wrong. thanks for the info

The apex axle removal is almost identical to the Rx, with the difference being fewer parts to drop if I remember correct. Summit king, are you asking about the speedo pick-up bearing? If so, just take out the 2 set screws so they don't hang up on the side of the tunnel when removing the bearing.

From what I remember it should be two torx set screws. Since you already have the cover and gears off the chaincase just take out the two or maybe three bolts( with a 14mm socket) that hold it to the tunnel and pull the drive shaft out toward the chaincase sde unyill there's room to let it drop out. I've never done this with the skid frame in place so you may have to pull that out first, Ken.

I used the Wahl drivers on my rx1 and measured the stock drivers to figure where the centers were and pressed the new drivers on to the corresponding locations on the shaft. The stock drivers are centered on the drive windows and so the antiratchets should be also, Ken.

You could put the bare driveshaft back in the chassis and get a centerline measurement on it and go from there by figuring the centers on the track and put the antiratchets inthe same location, Ken.
