So I took the advise and decided to check the grounding blocks. Sled was not firing so I decided to wiggle the wiring harness while turning over the machine and it fires right up! So i am thinking sweet I have found the problem, so I let the sled warm up then I try wiggling the harness at the grounding blocks to kill the engine and nothing keeps running so I keep wiggling the harness and the engine starts to sputter so I look at the harness and notice these 3 connectors coming out of the harness and the one with the Black cap was touching the frame and arcing. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Worst part is my sled never showed any codes was a real head scratcher. I am shocked that this connector was able to short through this black cap! I have attached photos of the plug that was arcing on the frame. Can anyone tell me what these connectors are for? My apex is a ER so maybe this is the same harness as the GT. My father has a 08 apex ER and his harness does not have these these connectors.
His sled will have them as well. They are just taped in along the harness.

Are you sure these are grounding blocks ? They were not wrapped into the harness. I found the grounding blocks above the primary wrapped in the harness. Thanks for the replies

there are lots of grounding blocks on the sled in different areas. I have not had issues with them so I don't know if that square one with pink wires is one or not.

The white connector with the black cap and the two thinner black connectors with black caps are ground blocks or ground connections if you like. If you take off the black caps you will see a metal plate with tabs that go to each terminal in it.
All these wires that go into their respective connectors are joined together under the cap. This connection is not moisture proof thus it corrodes giving a person issues such as yours.
