apex rpm help

first ride this weekend and my rpms are not high enough i have a stock 2010 apex with stock clutchs and a 23 top gear and it oly revs to 9400 then will shift out to 10 200rpm how do i get my rpm up and what should it be at thanks

The 4 stroke sleds take at least 1000 miles to reach proper rpm,s with stock clutching. Your gonna gain a lot of hp in the next while & watch rpm,s slowly creep up every ride.
