When I put the sled into reverse, it backed up okay till it hit a patch of ice at the bottom of the ramp of the trailer, then it spun the track and jumped out of gear. when I put the sled into forward gear and it worked fine, put it in reverse again and slowly backed out fine, but when I spun the track in reverse on another patch of ice it jumped out of ger again. When it jumps out of gear it'll sit there and not move but it does sound like the gears are grindind a little also.
I am not sure it the linkage may be out of adjustment a little or not if so can someone tell me the link arm I need to adjust.
Any help is appreciated.

If the belt is hanging tight enough in the seconday to squeel a little at an idle, this can be a problem, also set the linkage per spec in service manual. I know I have seen a link for that proceedure on this site somewhere.
