Apex Secondary question...help.

I am looking for info concerning my secondary, I noticed the belt is sitting lower in the secondary by approx 1/8 from the edge. I noticed in the manuel that it should be 1/8 higher, following the manuel i removed the three rear screws and added one washer each, it sits beautifully, what I want to know is that once I had it in the air, brand new belt installed the track would turn very slowly after I got off the throtle.

I can stop the track from turning by using my foot, very easy...

What I want to know is that stock the sled came with one washer, has anyone done this and with the track free turning what consequences am I looking at being set up like this..

textbook setup run it just like that.

sound like perfetion to me.if you set it up to what it call for in the manual (level with the top of the clutch) is to tite. ie no deflectio.
