Apex showing code 20 - No Start

Hi, I am posting on behalf of a friend with a currently dead Apex. It wont start and is showing code 20. It does turn over and does sputter and ALMOST comes to life, but then theres a click and she dies out. Can anyone help me out with problem and solution!? Thanks

check airbox for snow ive had this code before, also if it does get snow the line underneath gets frozen as well. had this happen once on an apex mtn from nose diving so much
