I have been running curve skis this year and have been trying to reduce ski pressure as they are too hard to turn in the corners when riding aggressive. I have tried preload cranked way up in the front and also set the springs to just about loose. Not much of a change other then a lot of ski lift with the springs cranked up.
I have the 13mm sway bar. I have run 6" triple points as well as 6" Shaper bars. Not much of a change.
Yes, I have been and continue to work with Curve but I am looking for solutions from guys here that know and ride these sleds. I am not sure what else I can do? Slydogs were a joy to steer but needed just a tad more bite and better floatation.

Mine work very well with the stock monoshock, but I have a fair amount of ride in, which keeps some weight off the skis. Have you tried rear suspension adjustments?
Before the curves, to reduce ski lift on RX1's, and our Vector, I reduce front preload to almost nothing, and pull up the front limiter strap, but increase center shock preload. The thinking was to keep the sled low, reduce ski pressure (yes, shortening the limiter does add pressure, but it is balanced out by less lift and softer rear), and minimize lift.
On my RTX, I run about 30 lbs in the floats, standard sway bar, and 4 or so inches of ride in when sitting on the sled. It really works well, albiet there is a fair amount of 'centering' feel from the heel pressure of the curves, but I like it that way...less trips into the weeds when I make mistakes at stupid speeds..

With the springs loose, it is the best fit for reduced ski lift but I was simply testing the preload cranked up to see if the steering effort was reduced.
The only real adjustment to change ski pressure on the ZX2 is to change the coupling. I went to the softest setting with no change.
Riding these skis at 5-10mph around curves would be no problem. When riding faster though the skis will not break free at all. Exactly like USI steering effort.
Would toe out adjustments have any effect on steering effort? I am at .25" now and wonder if I can make a change there. Not sure of anything else to change...
put on travel bags, then fill with lead. lololol

Mark, I think Nick may have mentioned last time you talked/emailed to try some round bars. We recommend round bars on some sleds with rider forward dynamics. Possibly, that ZX2 raked your Apex to the point where it is difficult to transition the weight off the front at all. A 4.5" or 6" round bar may be just the ticket.
