Has anyone ever changed track types ( ripsaw ) and the howling stop? I want to put track ext. on my Apex GT with a 1.5 ripsaw. But if a different type track wont howl then I would put that type on.

personally i think the fully clipped are quieter and roll much better and easier on sliders.

i put the slp track buttons on every closed window to stop the track from rubbing the sliders so hard, made a big difference,as far as the howling goes my exhaust drowns it out so it doesnt bother me but i will say this, the ripsaw robs top end speed, put my old rx1 finger track on my rtx, didnt touch anything else gained 3-4 mph on top end

Yes, fully clipped track will reduce howling and free up some rolling resistance.
