no power is given to the cluster is the kill switch is de-pressed. so yes, the kill switch was in the on position.
 
sorry didnt see you had it going was it cold when the problem was there? the starter relay in the left footwell will sometimes get moisture in it and then fail to work when it freezes. just something else to look at.
 
nope, was in a heated garage. I would be confident to say the battery was dead.
 
As I metioned earlier, 5 years is a good run for a seasonal RV battery. I replaced my '07 battery last year after 5 years of service.

Also as I mentioned earlier, this is a good opportunity to upgrade to the 20 series battery.

Let us know what you do and if the issue is resolved with a new battery.
