I was offered a good deal on a '07 gas tank that is 3L larger than my #$@% '08 but will it FIT, those anyone know if my seat and everything else will fit properly, 'cause in '08 they reduced the tank size some "EPA" std change is it just the thickness of it that changed or is it the actual shape/measerments...

I think it should fit. I was told they had to go to a double walled design instead of single. I wouldn't change for 3 litres. I've run both tanks, If your worried about three litres pack fuel.

I bought a 2007 tank for my 08, and where i snowmobile, 12 to 15 miles is a long walk. I need the extra fuel.
