07 gas tank on an 08

I am looking into trying to get a little more range out of my wife's phazer jand was wondering if anyone has put the 07 tank on an 08 or newer phazer. Is it a direct bolt in or do you have to change plastics as well?

I've wondered this as well, but I've found that its pretty easy to get an extra 1/2-3/4 gallon in the 08+ tank by removing the white sleeve in the filler neck when I fill up the sled. Just DON'T do this if its on a trailer or going straight into the garage as it doesn't leave any room for expansion and fuel will get pushed out the breather.
