Is a hook hitch rear bumber avaliable for the 2013 Apex XTX?

yes i have it.but you must change the bumper to a doubble one.

Do you have the part number for the dobble bumber?

I dont know if the part nr. is right fore you,but scandinavian is RX1-APEX1-10-00 and the hook is 86D-77591-00-00

Part number is correct, I tought I could find the bumper in US, for importing it to Norway since it is as expensive as it is.
What did you pay? Kr 4.000,- ?
